Shipping Policy

All orders are processed same day if recieved prior to 3PM. Processing and shipping times are all based on Working days excluding Weekends/National Holidays. We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard and express services. Please note that custom registration plates may require additional production time before dispatch. Road Legal Number Plates also require the correct Proofs to be provided prior to production.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our couriers and may vary based on your location and seasonal demand.

Road Legal Number Plates

As per the guidelines prescribed by the DVLA, BostonPlates must be provided with valid Proof of Identity and Proof of Registration in order to supply road-legal number plates. This requirement ensures that all plates are issued correctly and according to current UK legal standards.

We handle your documentation securely and professionally. Simply provide the necessary proofs prior to production, and our team will handle the rest to get your road-legal plates dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-customized products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that bespoke number plates are non-returnable unless found to be defective. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase.
